Ticket Information
- Timed tickets are required for Murakami. The time you select is your entry time for this exhibition.
- Tickets are required for all guests, including children of all ages.
- We strongly recommend that both members and non-members reserve tickets in advance, as tickets may not be available at the door.
- Your ticket for Murakami includes general admission. You do not need to purchase a separate general admission ticket.
- Before or after your entry to Murakami you are welcome to visit other exhibitions, the collection galleries, restaurant, and the Cha May Ching Boutique within our hours of operation. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy
- All sales are final, but we will do our best to accommodate a one-time rescheduling request if made at least 48 hours before the entry time on your ticket.
- We cannot honor refund or exchange requests made after your ticket entry time has passed or less than 24 hours before your entry time.
- Free First Sunday tickets can only be exchanged for another Free First Sunday; Thursday Night tickets can only be exchanged for another Thursday Night.
