ACME Technologies Inc. Privacy Policy

THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO THE WEBSITES AND MOBILE SERVICES WHERE IT APPEARS.
ACME Technologies, Inc. (referred to as “us”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information we collect both online and offline. This includes on our websites or interactions with our services on mobile devices. It also includes box offices and other point-of-sale terminals at venues where our systems are installed or in phone or email interactions you have with us. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms and Conditions and all terms not defined here are defined in the Terms and Conditions.
WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM AND ABOUT YOU.
Contact information. For example, we might collect your name and street address. We might also collect your phone number or email.
Payment and billing information. For example, we collect your credit card number and zip code when you buy a membership or ticket from a venue that uses our technologies.
Information you post. For example, we may collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site.
Demographic information. We may collect information about events you like or products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, for example.
Other information. If you access our services on a web browser, we may collect information about the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. If you access our services on your mobile device, we may collect your GPS location or your device's unique identifier. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.
WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS.
We collect information directly from you. For example, if you buy a membership or tickets or create an account. We may also collect information if you ask us a question.
We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons.
We get information about you from third parties. For example, if you use a social media feature on our website or on a mobile device that is integrated with our services, the third-party social media site will give us certain information about you. This could include your name and email address. Your interactions with our services on websites or mobile devices may be posted to social media platforms.
WE USE INFORMATION AS DISCLOSED AND DESCRIBED HERE.
We use information to provide our services to you. For example, we use your payment and billing information to automatically renew an auto renewal membership with a venue.
We use information to respond to your requests or questions. For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration.
We use information to improve our products and services. We may use your information to customize your experience with us. This could include displaying content based upon your preferences.
We use information to look at site trends and customer interests. We may use your information to make our website and products better. We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties.

These might be our own offers or products, or third-party offers or products we think you might find interesting. WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES.
We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, we share information with vendors who fulfill your purchases. Some vendors may be located outside of the United States.
We will share information with our business partners. This includes a third party who operates a venue for which we sell memberships or tickets. Our partners use the information we give them as described in their privacy policies. You should read those policies to learn how they treat your information. We do not sell your data or share beyond those third parties needed in order to service the venue through which we collected your data or the providers who assist in fulfilling your requests.
We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.
We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we our customer list may be part of that transaction.
We may share your information for reasons not described in this policy. We will tell you before we do this.
YOU HAVE CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION.
You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us. Your device settings should provide you with instructions on how to turn off push notifications.
You can modify information you have given us. To correct or delete information or update account settings, log into your account and follow the instructions. This information may stay in our backup files.
You can control cookies and tracking tools. For example, you can manage how we - and our vendors - use cookies and other tracking tools by modifying the settings in your browser.
You can control tools on your mobile devices. For example, you can turn off the GPS locator or push notifications on your phone. Each push notification has an "unsubscribe" link.
Your California Privacy Rights.
This section applies to the personal information we may collect from California residents that use our services and our compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
The CCPA provides California residents that use our services, subject to limitations, the right to request more details about the types or specific pieces of personal information we collect (as described in the “We Collect Information From and About You” section), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for making requests protected by the CCPA.
California residents that use our services may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us at privacy@acmeticketing.com. Please mark your inquiry “CCPA Request”. We will verify your request using the information you have provided to us in use of services, including email address. Government-issued identification may be required in order to process your request. California residents that use our services can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf.
Your European Privacy Rights.
If you live in the European Union (EU) and have an established business relationship with us, you have the right to access, correct or delete, your personal information, as well as the right to restrict and object to certain processing of your personal information. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.
Your Canadian Privacy Rights.
If you live in Canada and have an established business relationship with us, you have the right to access the personal information we have gathered on you and to confirm its accuracy. You can also be assured that it will only be used for the purpose originally provided and if any further use is to be made your consent will be acquired first. We will comply with the guidelines of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) You may make a request pursuant to your rights under PIPEDA by contacting us at privacy@acmeticketing.com Please mark your inquiry “PIPEDA Request”.
Your New Zealand Privacy Rights.
If you live in New Zealand and have an established business relationship with us, you have the right to request confirmation of whether or not we hold any personal information about you and you may request access to your personal information that we hold by emailing us at privacy@acmeticketing.com or otherwise contacting us, at the address provided below. Once we have verified your identity we will provide you with such confirmation and access unless one of the grounds for refusal to do so under the Privacy Act applies.
You may request that the personal information we hold about you be corrected by emailing us at privacy@acmeticketing.com. If we agree that your personal information is to be corrected we will provide you with an amended record of your personal information if requested.
Your rights of access to and correction of any personal information we hold about you are subject to the procedures set out in the Privacy Act.
Our services are not intended for children.
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us at the address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. Please mark your inquiry "COPPA Information Request".
We use standard security measures.
We have security measures in place to protect your information. The standard security measures we use will depend on the type of information collected. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our services will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for our business. We also keep information to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and as otherwise required by law.
We store information both in and outside of the United States.
If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection of those in your country though we will adhere to local privacy regulations in which we routinely do business to the best of our ability.
We may link to third party sites or services we don't control.
If you click on one of those links, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.

We use common tracking technologies.

Certain browsers can be set to reject To control flash cookies, which we may use on certain websites from time to time, you must go to the Adobe Flash Settings Manager, as flash cookies cannot be controlled through your browser settings. We may work with third parties to show you relevant and useful content. This may include content served on our own websites or on our own services on mobile devices. This may also include content served on the websites or mobile services of third parties.
